Every week I set the minimum. If you want results — you hit the standard.

– 3+ training sessions
– No skipped meals
– Sleep before midnight at least 4 nights

Is this coaching?

No. This is an accountability circle. You follow your own workout + meal plan. Coaching is a separate paid service.

Where does the Circle happen?

In a private group (you’ll receive the invite after purchase).

What happens after I buy?

You’ll be added to a small group (max 10 people) and receive the “Culture of the Circle” rules + intro template. You’ll get access within 24 hours.

How does renewal work?

30-day access is a one-off payment. Renewal is manual — no auto-charges. If you want to continue, you purchase again for the next 30 days.

What if I travel or miss days?

Perfection isn’t the goal. Check-ins are expected, not enforced. The standard is weekly, and the group exists to keep you from disappearing.
