These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a public offer agreement under the laws of Ukraine and govern the use of the online coaching services provided by individual entrepreneur Ruzhena Bedzir (“Coach,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
By purchasing a subscription on ruzhbedzir.com (“Website”), you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Services

We provide personalized online fitness and nutrition coaching services on a subscription basis.

Services include, but are not limited to: training plans, nutrition guidance, video consultations, and messaging support.

Services are delivered digitally via documents in pdf format, mobile applications, video calls, and other online communication channels.
3. Subscription & Payments

Subscription fee: as shown at checkout at the moment of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (Monobank).

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

All prices are listed in USD and may be converted to your local currency by your payment provider.
4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at hi@ruzhbedzir.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

As coaching services are personalized and delivered digitally, all payments are final and non-refundable.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
5. Client Responsibilities

You confirm that you are in good physical condition to participate in fitness activities.

You acknowledge that all exercise and nutrition programs carry inherent risks. You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any program.

You agree not to share your personalized plans, materials, or coaching access with third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability

We provide guidance and support but cannot guarantee specific fitness or health results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any injuries, health conditions, or damages arising from participation in the coaching program.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

For international clients, these Terms shall apply alongside any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
